Tikkl does not charge fees from attendees. We charge only organizers, for using our software and services.

Organizers may list an all-inclusive ticket price or break it down into a ticket price and a custom fee of their choosing (which may be equal to, higher, or lower than what Tikkl charges them).

Professional Services & Add-ons

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES

  • Hourly Professional Service: $100 - $250 per hour depending on the type of service. Minimum 4-hour charge for certain services.

POPULAR ADD-ONS

  • Chat or Phone support: $100+ per event or $250 per year
  • Event review: $100 for simple event, $250+ for complex events
  • Event setup and management: $250 for simple event, $1000+ for complex events
  • Reserved seating map: $100+ per digital seating map created (Note that subsequent edits are to be managed by event organizers themselves using the Tikkl admin interface)
  • Cancellations, exchanges, and refunds processing: $25 per transaction processed; note that Tikkl ticketing and livestreaming fees and payment gateway's credit card processing fees that were charged on the original transaction will still apply and not be refunded by Tikkl or payment gateway
  • Email blocks: $10/1K emails
  • Enhanced promo campaigns: $25 and up
  • Ticket agents in person at your event venue: $25 per hour per agent, minimum 4 hours per engagement, charges may apply for travel time

FAQ

Can I use my own payment gateway?

Yes, Tikkl lets you use your own payment gateway account with Stripe so that you get your payments automatically and immediately into your Stripe account.

Are payment gateway fees separate? How much do they charge?

Payment gateway fees for credit card processing will apply separately. Strpe typically charges around 30c + 2.9% per transaction.

When will organizers receive ticket sales payout?

Your ticket sales revenue, minus Tikkl and Stripe fees, will be automatically and immediately (at the time of ticket sale) credited into your Stripe account. You can transfer funds from Stripe to your bank at a schedule of your choice, even instantly in many cases.

If you opt to use Tikkl's payment gateway, you will receive payouts within 1-7 days after event closes.

If you use Tikkl's international partners to sell tickets in India or another country, you will receive payouts within 1-30 days after event closes.

How are fees calculated?

Tikkl (and payment gateways too) calculate fees on final price paid by ticket buyer and not on the list price of a ticket.

Can we pass fees to ticket buyers?

You can choose to absorb fees or pass them to ticket buyers. You can pass a fee equivalent to Tikkl fees, Tikkl + CC fees, or any custom amount. Fees you pass will be listed upfront for ticket-buyers.

Can we give free or complimentary tickets or sell tickets offline or at 3rd party sites, for our paid in-person events?

Yes, you can. And we will not charge Tikkl fees on those tickets. However, if your paid in-person event has reserved seating, you can only give free or sell offline, a maximum of 20% of seats, without incurring Tikkl fees.

Can we give free or complimentary tickets for our paid virtual/hybrid events?

Yes, you can. Up to a maximum of 10 or < 10% of total tickets sold, whichever is lower. Note that whenever you issue free tickets, we zero out fees if any for the ticket buyer, however, we will charge you Tikkl fees on free tickets in excess of this allowed limit.

Can we sell tickets offline or at 3rd party sites for our paid virtual/hybrid events?

No, you cannot. Tikkl has robust security measures in place for virtual/hybrid events and does not support 3rd party ticket sales.

What if my virtual event exceeds 4 hours?

An excess data usage fee will apply if bandwidth usage exceeds 4 hours of streaming per ticket.

Can I list virtual events at special India pricing for audiences in India?

Yes, US based event organizers can use our service to list their virtual events at India prices for Indian audiences. Please refer to our India Pricing page for fees and terms. Payouts from India to US will be processed within 1-30 days after event closing at our international exchange rate for that week. Also, our wire transfer and payout processing fees of $50 will apply.
