SBOH Concert 2026 – An Evening of Music, Hope & Impact

Join us for the 11th annual Sudeshna Beacon of Hope (SBOH) Concert, where unforgettable music comes together with a powerful purpose - supporting underprivileged children battling cancer.

For over a decade, Sudeshna Beacon of Hope has brought together artists and audiences to help hundreds of underprivileged children receive life-saving cancer treatment at the Saroj Gupta Cancer Center & Research Institute. Since 2016, the organization has contributed more than ₹60 lakh towards treatment, while also supporting cancer research and awareness initiatives.

This year's concert celebrates the timeless music of the legendary S.D. Burman & R.D. Burman, brought to life by acclaimed artists Jojo Mukherjee, Manomoy Bhattacharya, Hricha Debraj, Swarnali Bose and Debamalya Chattopadhyay. The evening also features jazz vocalist Sucheta Sanyal performing a selection of iconic Western classics, joined by talented young performers Rohini, Shloka and Shohan.

One of the evening's most inspiring performances will be by Anjali Roy, who lost her leg to cancer at the age of fourteen but refused to give up her dream of dancing. Her journey is a powerful reminder that courage, determination and hope can triumph over adversity.

Hosted by Mounita Mukherjee Chattopadhyay, the familiar face of Akash TV's popular morning show, the evening promises three hours of spectacular live music, inspiring performances and unforgettable moments.
