Remembering Rukmini Devi
Remembering Rukmini Devi Festival pays tribute to the legendary Smt. Rukmini Devi Arundale and reminisces her work as an innovator who conserved traditional art forms, making it available for the youth of India.
This year’s edition of the Festival features three dance productions and Carnatic concerts. Meenakshi Vijayam, Rukmini Kalyanam and Paduka Pattabhishekam are the three dance productions of Rukmini Devi.
The Carnatic Vocal concert is by Trichur Brothers and the Violin concert is by Akkarai Sisters.
