IDIA 2023- Festival of Bharatanatyam - USA & International
IDIA (I Dance hence I Am)
IDIA is intended to be a day long community event showcasing performances, panel discussions, and expert talks. The mission of IDIA is to bring to the San Francisco Bay Area highly talented artists and motivating speakers from around the world, and have an immersive, interactive, and educational experience for art lovers and students of dance.
We were thrilled to present several stellar performances in the virtual format in August 2021. In 2022, we experimented a hybrid festival with success and continue to present that version yet again this year. We will present performances spanning 2 days including 8 events, with 3 world renowned artists, 2 TED-like talks, 1 engaging panel discussion, 5 Performing Artists, and 6 budding artists.
Program Details (IDIA 2023)
Tickets for individual events as well as Combo Tickets for all events are available. Virtual events will be streamed LIVE ie. all viewers will watch together at the same time and can interact. For those who miss it, replay is available until Sep 4th with a 6 hour viewing window.

- Events 1& 2 are streamed according to the program schedule in Pacific Standard Time. If, for some reason, you are not able to join us at that time, video link will be available for viewing until September 4th.

- Special Pricing available for India viewers: There’s special streaming and ticket pricing available for India. If you will watch from within India, you may get your tickets here instead. Tickets for India events are geo-tagged and cannot be accessed from other countries. It is your responsibility to buy tickets for the appropriate region.
