Entry and Re-entry:
- All tickets are non-transferable
- Seating available on first come first serve basis only
- No re-entry after exiting the event area.
- Keep your ticket copies on you at all times.
- Few seats are reserved for Guest invitees.
- Valid Government issued photo ID may be required at entry.
- No parking available at both venues.
- Food & Beverage available on purchase only on Day 1.
Ticketing and Children:
- Children 6 years and older require a ticket.
- Attendees under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Event and Security Rules:
- Event details may change at the sole discretion of the organizer.
- All announcements will be on Kaishiki Nrityabhasha, Sangit Mahabharati & The Rasa Experience social media pages, and on email/SMS/push notification to existing ticket holders.
- Organizers reserve all rights of admission to the Concert.
- No late entry allowed.
- Venue rules apply.
Rights of Use for Media:
- The organizer holds the free right to use any photographs, video, graphic or other media form captured, shot or recorded by visitors at the festival and shared on public platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, and Blogs for usage including but not limited to commercial, advertising and branding purposes in perpetuity.
- The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or a part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval required of the holder.
- AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDING OF THE SHOW IS NOT PERMITTED USING PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENT. You must not make, create, store, record, transmit or commercially or non-commercially exploit any kind of sound recording, visual footage (recording), or store, record or transmit any information or other data in relation to the event. The organizers reserve the right to eject you from the venue for doing so.
Liability and Legal Disclaimer:
- Neither the organizers nor the Artist shall be responsible for injury or damage during the event.
- No liability claims of food, pollution and other consumption poisonings will be entertained.
Prohibited Items and Behavior:
- Dangerous / hazards items including but not limited to weapons, drones, lasers, knives, guns, lighters, helmets, bottles, fireworks and certain substances such as outside food and beverages, cigarettes, narcotics, alcohol, e-cigarettes, are prohibited.
- No outside food, beverages, or alcohol allowed.
- Drug use, alcohol consumption and smoking are banned; anyone found using or in possession of these items will be handed over to police authorities.
