Maha Shivaratri Celebration 2026 with Svabhaa Foundation
On the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivaratri, Svabhaa Foundation humbly invites devotees to participate in a sacred evening of worship and contemplation dedicated to Lord Shiva, the embodiment of auspiciousness and supreme consciousness.
The observance will begin with a Sankalpa, followed by Ganapati pooja for the removal of obstacles and invocation of divine grace. This will be followed by the solemn and powerful Rudra homam, performed with Vedic mantras and traditional offerings. Thereafter, a discourse on Shiva Tattva titled "Vedaḥ Śivaḥ Śivo Vedaḥ" led by Dr Guha Vishwanath will be held, elucidating the spiritual significance of Lord Shiva as presented in the Sri Rudram. The celebrations will conclude with Mangala Aarti, invoking universal peace and well-being.
Anna prasada will be served to all devotees at the conclusion of the program.

- Every attendee must get a ticket
- Please do not bring plastic items to the venue
- Drinking water will be available at the venue, but you are requested to bring your own water bottles
- Only limited parking may be available at the venue
- Please be dressed in traditional attire
- You do not have to bring any fruits or flowers for the function as all arrangements shall be made by the organizers
