For our 10th year, year we bring to you exquisite presentations by India's finest classical dance practitioners.

31st January and 1st February 6:30pm onwards

First day of EVAM 2025 is about celebrating and honouring the legacy of Mumbai.
We celebrate the legacy of Gurus Govindaraja Pillai, Mahalingam Pillai & Padma shri Kalyana Sundaram Pillai, Padma Bhushan Guru Dr. Kanak Rele, Guru Sri Mani and Guru Parvatikumar by presentations of their institutions Sri Rajarajeshwari Bharata Natya Kala Mandir, Nalanda Nritya Kala Mahavidyalaya, Kalasadan and Bharata College Of Fine Arts and Culture.

Day 2 we begin with a platform performance by Natya Sparda 2025 winner Swati Krishnakumar disciple of Dr Poornima Gururaja.
We then have a multi style presentation Dashavatar. These 4 soloists are coming together for the first time to create and premiere a new production exclusively for EVAM. Bhakti Deshpande, Namrata Mehta, Prachi Saathi and Saji menon premiere Dashavatar.

An absolutely thrilling collaboration is in store for our audiences. For the first time ever Smt. Rama Vaidyanathan & Sri Vaibhav Arekar will premiere a duet production 'Rahasya' with live music ensemble.

EVAM travels to Pune on 2nd February
Platform performance by Natya Sparda 2024 winner Kalyani Hema Nair, disciple of Smt. Neha Mondal. This is followed by a Bharatanatyam presentation by Guru Dr Sucheta Chapekar with live musical ensemble. The closing production of the evening will be Rahasya by Smt. Rama Vaidyanathan & Sri Vaibhav Arekar with live music ensemble.

EVAM began in 2015 with an aim to promote, propagate and popularise the classical arts.

EVAM 2016 was India's FIRST CROWD FUNDED Classical Dance Festival. Over the last 9 editions, EVAM has grown to be one of the most awaited festivals in the cultural landscape of the country. EVAM has hosted several artists of the international repute like Rama Vaidyanathan, Vaibhav Arekar, Mavin Khoo, Dr. Neena Prasad, Meenakshi Srinivasan, Satyajit Dhananjayan, Uma Dogra, Rani Khanum, Dr. Rajashree Warrier, Praveen Kumar, Shri Sathyanarayana Raju, Sharmila Biswas, Anita Ratnam, Ananda Shankara Jayant and global dance Companies like Battery Dance Company NY and Ashley Lobo's Navdhara.

RasaBodhi Arts

RasaBodhi Arts also curates 'Padmini', a platform for young dancers crafting their own path with their art. It is a unique festival that premieres new works by independent artists and has been received with much love and accolades over the last three editions.

RasaBodhi Arts aspires to bridge the gap between artists and audiences, platforms, and performances through unique workshops, collaborations, and learning sessions.

An enthusiastic team of artists and entrepreneurs we aim and strive to make classical arts sustainable and accessible to all.
