Responsibilities:

  • Work towards community building and demand generation initiatives across multiple channels.

Candidates who work well in teams and in fast paced dynamic environments are a good fit. You will help us meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company’s rapid and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Learn and stay informed on event industry trends and competition.
  • Invest time and effort to learn the Tikkl product thoroughly.
  • Conduct market research to identify prospect possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
  • Manage the demand generation lifecycle from contacts to leads to qualified leads to customers and partners.
  • Represent our product value propositions, demonstrate our product through email, phone, webinar, and in-person, conduct product demos, and resolve customer pain points to move the sales conversation forward.
  • Negotiate and close deals, with high customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve territory growth targets for specific event types by initiating and developing key goals, referral networks and conducting quality conversion meetings.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and leverage customer contact to grow the existing business/accounts.
  • Gather feedback from prospective customers and customers and share with internal teams.
  • Identify product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Ensure that the Company’s agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations, and customer contact.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years successful track record of exceeding sales goals in enterprise sales (focused on or including an established base).
  • Experience selling software products across multiple verticals or industries.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Must be a good listener.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and G-Suite.
  • Thorough understanding of prospecting, marketing, and negotiating techniques.
  • Detail oriented, self learner.
  • Honest, confident, and self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in teams, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Understanding of and passion for events, concerts, and conferences.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
